Pariahs is a full length movie made entirely by high school students and is an experience not to be missed. The film explores bullying from the kid's point of view, and is one of the sharpest pieces of film making that I have ever seen. This movie should be seen by every school and every student in Australia. The following is a review from another student:
Cory Cherdarchuk Grade 10 Student, Victoria Composite High School "I believe that the film was extremely powerful. It really brought the problem of bullying to the surface. It's not very often that we see a movie that has the subject of bullying as the main theme. The story was very real and allowed people to feel anger and sympathy. The movie just reinforces the harshness of bullying and to what level it can go if not controlled. I have been a victim of bullying but not to the extent of Tyler. The movie made me think about what I would do to stop bullying and how I could lend support ot someone who is being bullied at school or away from school. I would like to thank the director and writers for creating a film that is very close to home for almost everyone. I hope that more people see the movie and hopefully they are able to gain a better understnsding of bullying and the effects it has on people."
